The Company

Bio Green Food was established in late 2005, it specializes in the production, processing and marketing of organic fruit and vegetables. The company owner, Miguel Gomez Armijo, has over 20 years experience in the organic fruit and vegetable business. Prior to founding Bio Green Food, he was one of the first organic growers not only in Andalusia but in Spain. He was the first grower to cultivate organic cucumbers and to have the first production using greenhouse systems.
Even though Bio Green Food is a relatively new company, it now has more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and import-export of organic (BIO) fruit and vegetables.

Bio Green Food offers its customers only products with top consistent quality. Its accumulated wealth of BIO experience guarantees maximum availability across the whole year in our principle product lines: lemons, avocados, cucumber, tomato, pole bean, apple, kiwi, and carrot and in combination with unparalleled levels of food safety.
We have extensive work processes and systems to meet the needs of our retail customers, to cover all areas of batch traceability, packaging, labeling, pallets, packing slips and invoicing. All our staff are formally trained so that they are prepared to meet all customer requirements at any time.
Bio Green Food believes in constantly updating its IT systems to improve the processes and work systems for example; to improve the transparency and overall traceability of a batch number from the field origin, through its processing in the warehouse, to its final destination.
Bio Green Food consistently aims to bring new BIO lines to its customers, along with new packaging ideas, not only from Spain but also from its links in countries such as Chile, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.
