In accordance with the official directive 178/2002 re the implementation & operation of a traceability system, Bio Green Food has complied with all points. This means that we always know the complete history of the product, including the current and final destination of a loose product or a packed product at any point across the supply chain.
In conjunction, we have a parallel system that all the farm operations. This records all farm data including: details of producer, farm location and history, what has been cultivated (area, method of planting, dates, harvest practice, packing and any greenhouse details) plus all the technical visits and reports made during each season.
